Gravesend

An ancient town in northwest Kent situated 21 miles east-southeast of central London.
Its geographical situation has given Gravesend strategic importance throughout the maritime and communications history of South East England.
The Project is in the town centre where there is 105,000 population and less then 2 minutes walk to Gravesent Station.

Gravesend is well connected, benefiting from the High Speed rail link to London St Pancras in addition to local rail services to London Bridge. It is also ideally situated near to the A2. The site is within close proximity to Imperial Business and Retail Park, which boasts a good selection of retail and leisure provision.

The fast rail links huge number of jobs this will bring to Gravesend area allied to the fast rail links from to London, Paris and Brussels.

Paramount Theme Park

There are plans to build a £3.2 billion theme park, named the London Resort, between Gravesend and Dartford in Kent. It is expected to open in 2023.

With 330 stores and restaurants and over 27 million visitors per year, Bluewater is one of the UK’s largest and busiest shopping centre. It is only 10 minutes’ drive from Gravesend and has direct bus routes.
